高校学生党建工作对加强大学生思想政治教育及学生管理工作、基层党组织建设具有重要的现实意义。笔者从高校学生党支部建设中存在问题入手,分析存在问题的原因,探讨解决问题的对策,提出要从明确总体要求、完善工作制度、开辟新阵地、加强队伍建设等四个方面加强高校学生党建工作。
