加快青岛市域北部发展缩小南北差距的对策研究

Study on the Countermeasures of Narrowing the Gap between the North and the South by Speeding up the Development of Northern Qingdao

促进全域协调发展是青岛市经济社会健康稳定发展的一项重要内容。青岛市域北部总体发展相对落后,根本原因在于各种要素禀赋的分配差距问题。通过分析当前市域北部发展存在的主要困难及深层原因,指出应着重从加强顶层设计、推进现代产业体系建设、深化区域合作、关注三农问题、优化发展环境等多方面,进一步优化市域资源配置。这将是未来青岛市统筹全域协调发展和新型城镇化的重点所在。

To promote the coordinated development of the global city of Qingdao is an important part of the healthy and stable development of economy and society. The overall development of the northern region of Qingdao is relatively backward. The fundamental reason lies in the allocation gap due to various factors. In this article the main problems and deep reasons of current development of the north region is analyzed. It is pointed out that we should focus on strengthening the top-level de- sign, promoting the construction of the modern industrial system, deepening regional cooperation, paying attention to rural issues, optimizing the development environment and other aspects, to further optimize the allocation of resources in the city. This will be the focus of global coordinated develop- ment and new urbanization of Qingdao in the future.
