翅果油树种子萌发过程中生理指标的差异性分析 被引量:3

摘要 在翅果油树种子萌发过程中,分别于冷藏未萌发、沙藏未萌发、沙藏萌发露白和沙藏长出真叶时测定其可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性糖含量和相对电导率。结果表明,沙藏种子刚露白时的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量最高,沙藏种子在长出真叶后的可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量均较低;而经过沙藏处理的种子比冷藏未萌发的种子有更高的活力。 Soluble protein, soluble sugar content and relative conductivity of the Elaeagrtus mollis seeds were measured when they were ungerminated after refrigeration, ungerminated after stratification, germinated after stratification and real leaves had grown after stratification respectively. Results showed that the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar were highest when the seeds germinated after stratification, while the contents of soluble protein and soluble sugar were lower when the seeds had real leaves grown after stratification. The vitality of seeds after stratification was higher than the seeds after refrigeration.
