论学者化编辑在高校学报三审制中的审稿优势

学者化编辑既是学术领域的专家,又是编辑领域的专家,能够从内容和形式两方面对学术论文进行精准的审读,因此,他们的审稿具备了编辑部以外的专家审稿所不具备的独特优势。具体来说,包括:宏观把握准确;微观修改细致;善于运用信息平台;缩短审稿周期;减少审稿冲突。尽管学者化编辑审稿具有独特的优势,但它不能取代专家审稿,大部分的稿件还必须借助于编辑部以外的专家审稿。但是高校学报如果能注重编辑的学者化培养,无疑会大大提高编辑效率,达到最佳的审稿效果。

Scholarized editors who are experts in their academic fields as well as in editing realm can re- view the academic manuscripts from content and format precisely. So they have the unique advantages which the experts beyond the editorial department don＇t have. More specifically, scholarized editors can handle the manuseript precisely from a macroscopic perspective and subtly from a microscopic perspective and they are good at using information platform. At the same time they can shorten the reviewing period and reduce conflicts of peer reviewing. But they cant take the place of experts beyond the editorial department, most of the manu- scripts have to be evaluated by such experts. If the editorial department pays more attention to the training of scholarized editors, it must improve the efficiency and achieve the best effect of manuscript reviewing.
