摘要
目的:优选冬柏通淋颗粒的提取工艺,确定最佳提取工艺参数。方法:采用L_9(3~4)正交试验法,以溶剂倍数、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,以干膏收率,小檗碱、马钱苷、绿原酸含量为考察指标,采用HPLC法进行含量测定,综合加权评分法进行数据分析。结果:冬柏通淋颗粒剂的最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水,提取3次,每次1h。结论:优选的工艺简单可行、稳定合理,可为冬柏通淋颗粒的新药开发提供实验基础。
Objective: To optimize the extraction technique for Dongbai Tonglin Granules and confirm the optimum extraction process parameters. Methods:Taking the water quantity,boiling frequency,and times as the investigating factors by L9 (34) table of orthogonal test. Taking the dried cream yield, content of berberine, loganin, and chlorogenic acid as the indexes. Detection was car- ried out by HPLC. These data were analyzed by comprehensive evaluation of multiple mark. Results : The best extraction conditions were 10 times of water for 3 times and extracting for 1 hour each time. Conclusion:This extraction process is stable, reasonable, which can provide experimental basic for development of Dongbai Tonglin Granules.
