摘要
目的:研究含膏粉软胶囊的最佳制备工艺。方法:采用单因素试验考察膏粉的粒度、水分、蜂蜡、大豆磷脂的最佳用量比。结果:最佳工艺条件为膏粉水分控制在2.5%以内,粒度达到120目以上,蜂蜡∶大豆磷脂∶玉米油配比为0.08∶0.05∶1。结论:该工艺稳定可靠,适用于含膏粉软胶囊的工业化生产。
Objective：To find the optimal technologyis about soft capsules containing paste power. Methods：Single factor test was used to investigate the granularity and humidity of drug, the amount about the beeswax and soy lecithin. Results： The optimal prep- aration conditions was as following：paste powder humidity lower than 3 %, granularity higher than120 mesh, beeswax ： soy lecithin ： corn oil was 0.08 - 0.05 ： 1. Conclusion：This technologyis is stable and reliable,suitable for industrial production.
