摘要
目的:研究榉树叶醇提物不同极性部位对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制作用。方法:采用系统溶剂法将榉树叶的乙醇提取物分成石油醚、三氯甲烷、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水5种溶剂提取物,分别检测各极性部位抑制酪氨酸酶活性。结果:在各极性部位中,榉树叶乙酸乙酯部位对酪氨酸酶活性的抑制率最高,当终浓度为1.0mg/mL时,抑制率为59.11%,抑制率随着浓度的增加而升高,其IC_(50)为0.72mg/mL。三氯甲烷、正丁醇部位具有较强的抑制作用,其IC_(50)分别为1.11mg/mL、1.12mg/mL。结论:榉树叶醇提物各极性部位提取物对酪氨酸酶活性具有相应抑制作用。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of different polarity fractions of extract from Zelkova schneideriana leaves on the activi- ty of tyrosinase. Methods. The alcohol extracts from the Zeikova schneideriana leaves were divided into five parts including petrole- um ether part, trichloromethane part,ethyl acetate part,n-butyl alcohol part and water part by systematic solvent method, and each part of the inhibition of tyrosinase activity was checked. Results. The ethyl acetate fraction of Zelkova schneideriana leaves showed the strongest tyrosinase inhibitory effect with the inhibition of 59.1 1 % at 1.0mg · mL-1. The IC50 value of the ethyl acetate fraction of Zelkova schneideriana leaves was 0.72mg ·mL-1. In addition, chloroform and n-butanol fraction also showed a strong inhibitory effect, the IC50 are 1.1 1mg/mL and 1.12mg/mL. Conclusion : The extracts of Zelkova schneideriana leaves has tyrosinase inhibitory activity, And the Zelkova schneideriana leaves has great development potential of natural tyrosinase inhibitors.
