曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸对冠心病患者心率变异性和心律失常的疗效观察

Effect of Trimetazidine Combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on Heart Rate Variability and Arrhythmia of Coronary Heart Disease Patients

目的:探讨曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸对冠心病患者心率变异性和心律失常的临床疗效。方法:选取2015年6月-2016年6月在本院接受治疗的冠心病患者120例,按照随机数字表法分为联合组和对照组,每组60例,对照组给予常规药物治疗,联合组在对照组的基础上给予曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸治疗12周,随访结束后,分析两组治疗前后的心率变异性指标、心功能检测指标、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间以及心律失常发生率。结果:经过对比发现,联合组治疗前的心率变异性指标以及心功能检测指标、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间与对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后的心率变异性指标、心功能检测指标、心绞痛发作次数、持续时间以及心律失常发生率与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:曲美他嗪联合麝香保心丸治疗冠心病的疗效显著,可有效改善患者的心功能状况以及心率变异性,降低心律失常的发生率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To investigate clinical curative effect of trimetazidine combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill on heart rate variability and arrhythmia of coronary heart disease patients.Method： A total of 120 coronary heart disease patients from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and divided into the combination group and the control group according to random number table method, 60 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment, the combination group was given Trimetazidine combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill for 12 weeks on the basis of the control group.After follow-up, heart rate variability indexes, cardiac function test indexes, frequency and duration of angina peetoris and arrhythmia incidence of two groups before and after treatment were analysed.Result： There were no statistical significance in heart rate variabilityindexes, cardiac function test indexes and frequency and duration of angina pectoris of two groups before treatment （ P〉0.05 ） .There were statistical significance in heart rate variability indexes, cardiac function test indexes, frequency and duration of angina pectoris and arrhythmia incidence of two groups after treatment （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： Trimetazidine combined with Shexiang Baoxin Pill have significant curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease, can effectively improve patient＇s cardiac function and heart rate variability and reduce the incidence of arrhythmia, it is worthy of clinical application.
