摘要
为了汽车部(分)队士官长队伍建设的长远发展,厘清汽车士官长岗位职责和权力。从分析岗位任职能力内涵入手,深入探讨汽车士官长岗位任职所必须的通用能力、核心能力和专业能力。以我军赋予士官长的职责为依据,结合对汽车士官长岗位任职能力的辨析,对汽车士官长在汽车部(分)队中党委(支部)的"参议员"、基层军官的"好帮手"、士官队伍的"带头人"、行政事务的"管理者"、基层组训的"总教头"、士兵群体的"代言人"等角色进行定位。
To clarify the responsibility and authority of automobile master sergeant for long - term development of team constrution, after analyzing the connotation of post competency, the paper discusses the general competence, core competence and professional ability of automobile master sergeant. Combining the responsibility with analysis of post competency, it de- fines the role of automobile master sergeant as follows : senator in party branch, good helper for primary officers, leader of sergeant team, manager for administrative affairs, manager of grassroots organization, and spokesman for soldiers.
