以环丁砜减压抽真空工艺为例,该工艺真空介质含丁二烯和二氧化硫,丁二烯在高温下易自聚,二氧化硫具有腐蚀性,在对环丁砜减压抽真空工艺真空泵选型及运行存在问题的基础上,对含易自聚和腐蚀性介质螺杆真空泵选型提出建议。

The process of sulfolane decompression vacuum technology was used as an example, which contains butadiene and sulfur dioxide. The butadiene is easy to agglomerate at high temperature and the sulfur dioxide is corrosive. Based on the above discussions, suggestions for selection of screw vacuum pump were given.
