基于退化轨迹的真空玻璃寿命预测

摘要 真空玻璃是近年来兴起的一种保温材料,它多被用于建筑物的门窗,相比较于普通玻璃、中空玻璃等,它具有更好的保温性能。真空玻璃的使用寿命是真空玻璃应用的一个重要指标,由于真空玻璃出现时间较短,现阶段并没有通过实际测量得到的寿命数据。本文利用真空玻璃性能退化数据来评定真空玻璃的寿命。通过实验检测得到真空玻璃退化数据,利用退化数据对真空玻璃保温性能随时间广义变化的过程进行建模,建模过程中采用幂律退化模型,得到真空玻璃保温性能退化轨迹,并取阈值,预测得到真空玻璃寿命。实验证明,该建模预测过程准确有效,能够得到真空玻璃寿命的一个预测值。 Recently, vacuum glass is emerging as a new kind of heat preservation material, which is widely used for doors and windows. It shows better thermal insulation performance compared with that of the ordinary glass and hollow glass. The service life is an important indicator for vacuum glass application, but there is no experimental data reported at the present stage. In this paper, the degradation data of vacuum glass performance was used to evaluate its life. The degradation data was obtained by experimental test, and the data was modeled for the process of generalized changes over time. The degradation path of heat insulation performance was gotten by the power-law degradation model, and the threshold value was fixed for predicting vacuum glass lifetime. The results show that the model is accurate and effective, which can forecasts the service life of vacuum glass.
