关于电梯安全回路接地故障防护问题的探讨

Discussion on the Ground Fault Protection Problem of Elevator Safety Circuit

本文通过对一起电梯开门走梯事故的分析,提出了目前在电梯使用中存在的安全回路接地故障防护问题。首先对问题电梯所存在的安全隐患情况进行分析,说明了电梯安全回路接地故障防护问题的危险性;然后通过与国家标准的相关条款要求进行对比,找出了问题存在的原因;最后提出了常用的设计方法和预防措施,希望能引起行业内人员的重视,防止类似事故再度发生。

By analyzing an elevator moving accident in door open state, this paper presents the ground fault protection problem of elevator safety circuit which has been existing in the using of the elevator. First, the potential safety hazard of problematic elevators is analyzed and the danger about the ground fault protection problem with elevator safety circuit is illustrated. Then, by comparing with the relevant provisions of national standard, the causes of this problem are found. Finally, the common design method and preventive measures are presented, hoping to attract practitioner＇s attention in this industry, and to prevent similar accidents from happening again.
