摘要 防爆分析小屋^([1])广泛应用于化工、冶金、炼油、纺织等行业。分析小屋防爆型式分为隔爆型和正压型。本文主要针对正压型防爆分析小屋进行研究,维持小屋内压力是正压型防爆分析小屋正常工作的必要条件。其工作原理^([2])是把用户所用的电器元件安装在一个充满正压洁净气体的柜体内,使外部环境中易燃易爆的混合性气体无法接触到电器元件在正常工作时所产生的电火花或危险温度,从而达到电器防爆的目的。本设计采用西门子S7-200 224XP作为核心控制元件,通过PID调节,使小屋内压力稳定在设定的压力值范围内。 Explosion-proof analysis cabin is widely used in chemical industry, metallurgy, oil refining, textiles and other industries. Analysis the cottage explosion-proof type into type flameproof and positive pressure. This paper mainly analyses positive pressure type explosion-proof cabin, to maintain cabin pressure is positive pressure type explosion- proof analysis cabin a necessary condition for normal work. Its working principle is to put the user used in electrical components installed in a full of positive pressure clean gas cabinet put oneself in another's position, the external environment of the mixture of flammable and explosive gas cannot come into contact with electrical components in the normal work of electric spark or dangerous temperature, so as to achieve the aim of electric explosion-proof. This design adopts the Siemens S7-200-200 xp as the core control components, through the PID adjustment, the cabin pressure stable in the range of set pressure value.
