一种纳米纤维膜的制备系统设计

摘要 静电纺丝作为制备纳米纤维膜的主要技术,在控制方面仍然存在精确度不高等缺陷,为此设计了一种以PLC为控制核心,通过传感器和AD/DA转换模块对纺丝过程参数进行实时检测与修正并显示在触摸屏上,同时步进电机与多轴运动控制方式的结合在很大程度上提高了制备系统的控制精确度。实验结果表明,本设计达到了对二维纳米纤维膜精确制备以及动态监测的目的。 The electrospinning is the main technique of preparation for nano fiber membrane, there are still defects such as low control accuracy, this paper has designed a kind of PLC as the control core, and displayed on the touch screen through the sensor and AD/ DA conversion module for real-time detection and correction of the spinning process parameters, combined with multi axis stepper motor and the motion control mode to improve the control accuracy of preparation system to a great extent. The experimental results show that this design can achieve the goal of accurate preparation and dynamic monitoring of the two dimensional nano fiber membrane.
