摘要 细菌纤维素(Bacterial cellulose,BC)是由微生物产生的一类纯纤维素。采用化学法(表面活性剂和有机溶剂)和物理法(超声波)改变细胞膜的通透性,旨在提高BC的产量。试验结果表明,当吐温-80的添加量达到4.0%(v/v)时,BC的产量是对照组的1.23倍;有机溶剂(丙酮、甲苯和氯仿)对BC的合成无明显的促进作用,当氯仿和甲苯添加量分别增至3.0%和1.5%时,菌体量和BC产量均降至0;适度的超声处理可促进BC的合成,当超声处理时间为60 s时,BC是对照组的1.08倍。 The bacterial cellulose is a kind of high purity cellulose produced by microorganism. The permeability of cell membrane was changed by chemical method(surface active agent and organic solvent) and physical method(ultrasonic),which was aimed to increase the yield of bacterial cellulose. The results showed that,the yield of bacterial cellulose was1.23 times of the control group as the amount of tween-80 was 4%(v/v). Organic solvents(acetone, toluene and chloroform)had no significant effect on the synthesis of bacterial cellulose. When the amount of chloroform and toluene was increased to 3% and 1.5% respectively, the biomass and the yield of bacterial cellulose decreased to 0. Appropriate ultrasound treatment can promote the synthesis of bacterial cellulose, when the ultrasonic treatment time is 60 s, BC is 1.08 times of the control group.
