摘要
比较自制的4-甲基伞形酮葡糖酸苷(MUG)与国际品牌的MUG在检测食品中大肠杆菌活菌数的应用效果,研究结果表明,利用自制的MUG与品牌的MUG检测食品中的大肠杆菌活菌数所得结果,对评价产品是否合格的具有相同效果,表明自制的MUG完全能够替代国际品牌的MUG应用于检测食品中的大肠杆菌活菌数。
The self made 4-Methylumbellifery-B-D-Glucuronide(MUG) and MUG of international brand were applied in checking the number of Escherichia coli in food. The results showed that the application effect has no significant difference in qualified inspection. The study suggest that self made MUG can completely replace MUG of international brand used in checking the number of Escherichia coli.
