液体近红外分析仪在葡萄糖浆检测中应用的优势 被引量:2

摘要 根据透射光谱的特点,采用液体近红外分析仪分析3类不同葡萄糖浆DE值(Dextrose Equivalent)。通过与化学法(费林试剂法)检测结果对比,近红外光谱仪检测3类葡萄糖浆DE值重复性验证标准差分别为0.04、0.09、0.11,变异系数分别为0.18%,0.22%,0.11%。研究结果证明,利用近红外光谱仪检测DE值操作更快速、简便,重复性良好、准确度高,适合实际操作需要,能快速为淀粉糖生产过程控制提供指导。 According to the characteristics of the transmission spectra, this work analysis three kinds of different glucose syrup DE value by liquid near infrared spectrometer. With chemical method(fehling reagent method) testing, the results of near infrared spectrometer detection repeatability validation standard deviation are 0.04, 0.09 and 0.11 respectively, the variation coefficient are 0.18%, 0.22% and 0.11% respectively. The results showed that the near infrared spectrometer detection DE value was more quick, easy operation, good repeatability and high accuracy. The liquid near infrared spectrometer is suitable for practical needs and can quickly provide guidance for starch syrup production process.
