摘要
选用超高分子量聚乙烯/黏胶纤维30/70 18.5tex混纺纱合股线做经纬纱,经合理的织物规格与工艺设计,并在各主要生产工序采取相应技术措施,所生产出的产品具有布面光洁、质地柔韧、高强耐磨、吸湿透气等性能,完全达到了高档工装面料的服用要求。
UHMWPE / viscose of 30/70 and 18. 5 tex blended ply yarn was used as warp yarn and weft yarn. Through the reason- able fabric specification and process design, and the corresponding technical measures in the main production process were taken to make the products have the advantage of smooth surface, flexible texture, high strength, abrasion resistance and moisture permeability, and the requirements of high-grade worker fabric could be met.
