我国农村义务教育经费保障机制研究:主题类别及薄弱区域--基于CNKI文献的共词分析

Research on Expenditure Guarantee Mechanism of Rural Compulsory Education:Subject Category and Weak Areas

通过共词分析法对我国农村义务教育经费保障机制的研究现状进行整体探析发现,国内农村义务教育经费保障机制研究主题主要可以划分为八类:农村义务教育经费预算机制研究、税费改革背景下农村义务教育经费保障研究、农村义务教育经费投入机制研究、农村义务教育转移支付研究、农村义务教育经费保障机制的实施情况研究、农村义务教育经费督管研究、均衡发展视角下农村义务教育经费保障机制的优化研究、关于农村义务教育经费保障机制存在问题的对策研究。国内农村义务教育经费保障机制研究的薄弱区域主要体现于农村义务教育财政转移支付研究、农村教师工资保障研究两个方面。

Based on the holistic approach to the research status of China＇s Expenditure Security Mechanism of Rural Compulsory Education with co-word analysis method, we can find that these researches can be divided into eight categories： research on the budget mechanism of rural compulsory education ; research on the safeguard mechanism of rural compulsory education funds under the background of tax-for-fee reform; research on funds investment mechanism of rural compulsory education; research on the transfer payments of rural compulsory education;research on the implementation of rural compulsory education funds safeguard mechanism; research on the supervision and management of rural compulsory education funds; research on optimization for the safeguard mechanism of rural compulsory education funds in balanced development perspective; research on the countermeasures of the problems about Expenditure Security Mechanism of Rural Compulsory Education. The weak area of research on the Expenditure Security Mechanism of Rural Compulsory Education is mainly reflected in two aspects： the research of rural compulsory education financial transfer payment and the research of rural teachers＇ wage security.
