职业教育渗透学术教育探析--知识论视角 被引量:7

摘要 影响职业教育向学术教育渗透的因素主要有三种:教育制度与就业制度之间的矛盾、高等教育中的职业主义以及职业教育的社会声誉。当今世界职业教育必须遵循一种新的标准:全面完成工作任务,虽然运用的主要是工作过程知识,但仍不可完全摈弃理论知识。实际上,工作过程知识与理论知识相辅相成、相生相伴,这也是职业教育渗透学术教育的知识论根源。针对职业教育不同专业与学术教育的密切度,构建整合双轨教育与培训体制,以更好地实现职业教育向学术教育的渗透与融合。 The factors which affect the permeability are mainly in three aspects: the contradiction between education system and employment system, the vocationalism in higher education, and the reputation of vocational education. There is a new standard for current vocation education to obey. That is to comprehensively finish work tasks, though it mainly needs work-process knowledge, theoretical knowledge should not be abandoned. In fact, work-process knowledge and theoretical knowledge are complement each other. This is the underlying cause why vocational education permeates academic education. We hope to construct the integrated dual education and training system so as to realize the permeability from vocational education to academic education smoothly.
