品管圈在提高2岁以内患儿静脉留置针一次性穿刺成功率中的应用

Quality control circle on improving the venepuncture success rate of the indwelling needle in children younger than 2 years old with measles

目的:探讨通过品管圈活动提高2岁以内患儿静脉留置针一次性穿刺的成功率。方法:2015年1月成立品管圈小组,采取分层管理,调查1月至3月2岁以内患儿静脉留置针一次性穿刺成功情况,确立圈主题,分析原因,并制定对策,赋予实施,进行效果评价。结果:2015年5月至8月共调查留置针穿刺476人次,成功412人次,一次性成功率为86.56%,显著高于改善前的69.47%(χ~2=41.520,P=0.000)。进针太深戳破血管、判断失误未戳到血管、退针太多送管失误、护士心理压力、患儿合作性等都得到一定程度的改善。结论:品管圈活动可提高2岁以内患儿静脉留置针一次性穿刺成功率和护理质量,提高患儿或患儿家属的满意度。

Objective： To study how to children. Methods： Quality control circle improve the venepuncture success rate of inserting dwelling needle in team were set up in January 2015, then the layered management was adopted, investigating the venepuncture success rate of the indwelling needle in children younger than 2years old with measles from January to March. Given the theme established, the reason analyzed, countermeasures developed, effect was evaluated. Results： There were 476 times of venepuncture in children with measles from May 2015 to August 2015,412 times were successful, the one-time success rate was 86.56%, significantly higher than 69.47% before （x^2 = 41. 520,P =41. 520）. Pricking blood vessel too deep, misjudgment leading to failure of pricing the right blood vessel, withdrawing the needle too much, nurses psychological pressure, cooperation of children were also improved after quality control circle activity. Conclusion： Quality control circle activity can improve the venepuncture successful rate of inserting indwelling needle and nursing quality, as well as the satisfaction of children or their parents.
