药物治疗是抑郁症的传统治疗手段。目前,对抑郁症的治疗理念正从单纯依靠药物控制症状逐渐向综合性、个体化的治疗模式转变,而以心理治疗、中医学和物理治疗等为核心的辅助治疗手段也在不断发展,有利于更全面地改善抑郁症患者的抑郁症状和恢复其社会功能。

Medicinal therapy is a traditional treatment for depression. At present the treatment of depression is gradually transformed from the traditional concept of medicine into a comprehensive and individualized treatment, while adjuvant therapy such as psychological treatment, traditional Chinese medicine and physical therapy as the core has been unceasingly developing, which can comprehensively improve the depressive symptoms of the patients and restore their social function.
