摘要
以藏药愈心安神滴丸的平均丸重和丸重差异为指标,采用正交设计试验法对影响因素进行考察,选择比较恰当的成型工艺参数.结果:以PEG4000、6000为基质,比例为2∶7,基质与药物的比例为1.8∶1,液体石蜡为冷凝液,滴速为60~80滴/min、冷却柱高度1.2m,按此优化条件成型的滴丸的圆整度和丸重好,成品率高.
The Tibetan medicine.Sning zho bdun Pa＇s pill for the average weight and weight difference as an index.the test design test on influence factors,select the appropriate molding process parameters.PEG4000、6000as the substrate,a ratio of 2：7,matrix and drug ratio is 1.8：1,liquid paraffion as the condensate,the speed of 60-80drops/min,cooling cooling column height of 1.2m,according to the optinized.conditions for forming the roundness of the dropping pill and the pill weight is good,high yield.
