摘要
近年来,结直肠癌的发病率与病死率在全球范围内逐年升高。S100蛋白家族在肠癌的发生、发展过程中起重要调控作用。近年来有关结直肠癌中S100蛋白家族的相关研究显示,该家族包括S100A1-A15、S100B和S100P等20多个成员,均与钙离子具有高亲和性。通过与钙离子结合,改变构象,暴露结合位点,通过与相应的靶蛋白结合发挥其生物学效应。又因为各家族成员结构不同,所发挥的调控作用也不尽相同。随着对其作用机制的深入研究,有学者将之运用于临床,使临床获益。
In recent years,the morbidity and mortality of colorectal cancer are increasing rapidly. S100 protein family plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal carcinoma. The recent studies of S100 protein family in colorectal cancer indicate that there are more than 20 members in the S100 protein family, including S100A1-A15, S100B and S100P etc. ,which have high affinity with calcium ions. S100 protein conformation changes when combining with calcium ions, exposes the target of protein binding sites, thus exerts its biological effects through its corresponding target protein. The S100 family members play different roles because of the different structures. With the accelerated research of its mechanism, some scholars have applied it to and benefited the clinical practice.
