助产士专业职称晋升体系建设的思考

Construction of title promotion system in midwifery specialty

为了探索助产专业发展及助产士专业成长的路径，推进助产士职称体系建设，从助产的专业性出发，通过文献查阅、社会调查、人物访谈等方法，回溯历史，正视现状，展望未来。围绕助产士专业职称体系建设，从助产的专业性、中国助产士专业化发展进程、中国助产专业现状与机遇及专业发展展望4个方面展开思考，剖析中国助产士在专业化发展进程中兴衰起落的原因，比较现阶段中国助产士与国际同业者的差别，阐明专业职称晋升体系建设于稳定助产士队伍，保障母婴安全，推动助产士专业发展的重要性、必要性、紧迫性和可行性。

In order to explore the development path of midwifery,and promote the title promotion construction of midwifery,we traced the history and envisaged the current status by critical review of literatures, social investigations and personal interviews from the specialty of midwifery. This paper explored the reasons of ups and downs in the development of midwifery from aspects such as the development process of midwifery, the current status of midwifery,the opportunities and prospects of midwifery. The differences of nurse midwives home and abroad were compared. The importance,necessity,urgency and feasibility of professional title promotion in guaranteeing the mother and infant security,promoting the development of midwifery and stabilization of midwifery team were also illustrated in this paper.
