不孕症患者应对方式的研究进展

Research on the coping style of infertile patients

随着不孕症发病率逐年上升，不孕症患者人数日益增多，全面深刻地了解不孕症患者的应对方式，有助于护理人员促进患者的积极应对，提高患者生存质量。本文综述了不孕症主要应对类型，以及患者采取不同应对方式的影响因素，以期为护理人员针对患者选择有效应对方式提供依据，以运用危机干预理论，帮助患者积极应对疾病。

With the rising of incidence of infertility, the number of patients with infertility is increasing. A comprehensive understanding of the patient＇s coping styles, can help nursing staff to promote patients＇ positive response and improve the quality of life of patients. This paper reviewed the main copping styles of infertility, and the influencing factors of patients adopting different copping styles, so as to provide references for nursing staff to choose targeted and effective coping styles. This paper also put forward the theory of crisis intervention, which can actively help patients in copping with illness.
