菏泽市改革试点县级公立医院门诊患者满意度调查 被引量:8

Satisfaction Investigation of Outpatient in County-level Public Hospitals Undergoing Pilot Reform in Heze City

摘要 目的了解县级公立医院改革后门诊患者满意度现状及其影响因素,为县级公立医院改进医疗服务提供参考。方法采用偶遇抽样的方法,对菏泽市15家公立医院的460名门诊患者进行问卷调查,并运用单因素分析和logistic回归分析筛选出主要影响因素。结果回收有效问卷402份,门诊患者总体满意率为82.1%;影响患者满意度的前三项主要因素为医生态度(OR=2.234)、医疗费用(OR=1.997)、后勤保障(OR=1.992)。结论随着新医改的不断深化,患者满意度评价虽然尚可,但仍有较大的提升空间。 Objective:To learn about outpatient satisfaction and its influencing factors after the reform in county-level public hospitals and provide the reference for the improvement in medical service of county-level public hospitals. Method:The authors made the questionnaire on 460 outpatients in 15 public hospitals in Heze City with random sampling and screened the main influen- cing factors by using single factor analysis and logistic regression method. Result:They got 402 valid questionnaires showing that the overall outpatient satisfaction rate is 82. 1% and the first three factors influencing patients' satisfaction are:doctor's attitude( OR = 2. 234 ) , medical expense ( OR = 1. 997 ) and logistic support( OR = 1. 992 ). Conclusion : With the deepening of medical reform, there is nothing wrong with patients' satisfaction,but there is much to be done in the improvement.
