摘要
以苏北医院医联体基层医疗机构临床骨干人才的培养模式为例,结合SWOT分析法,对这种模式的内部资源和外部环境进行分析,探讨适应苏北医院医联体基层单位临床骨干人才培养的相关改进和整合措施,为医联体人才培养提供决策支持。
Taking the training for clinical backbone from grassroots medical institutions of hospital consortium in north Jiangsu as the example,the authors make SWOT analysis on internal resources and external environment,explore the related measures for improvement and integration suitable for the backbone training and provide policy support for talent training of hospital consortium.
