随着人们生活水平的提高,对就医环境的要求也越来越高,医院保洁服务品质的提升也面临新的挑战,提升保洁服务品质成为后勤管理新的课题。东阳市人民医院以保洁外包模式、成本控制、管理工具应用、机械设备投入、激励机制运用为切入点,将精细化管理理念和方法导入保洁外包服务管理中,有效提升了保洁服务品质,笔者就具体方式方法展开探讨。

With living standards improving, people have higher demand for medical environment. The quality of hospital cleaning faces new challenge so its improvement becomes a new issue for logistics. People＇s Hospital of Dongyang City, starting from mode of outsourcing cleaning,cost control,management tool application,investment of mechanical equipment and incentive mechanism application,imports refined management idea and method into the management of ontsourcing cleaning, which improves effectively cleaning service. The thesis discusses the development of the concrete methods.
