摘要
本文以某摩托车为研究对象,通过对摩托车进行车外通过噪声试验,发动机右壳体模态试验,发现该车工作时,在其右侧面存在1 kHz附近的共振频率。采用有限元法研究壳体的振动特性,通过改变壳体结构的形状,改善壳体的振动噪声特性。
This paper takes a motorcycle as the research object. Through outside noise test and the right engine casing modal test, it can be found the resonance frequency near l kHz existed on the right side of the motorcycle during the operation. The finite element method is used to study the vibration characteristics of the shell; it can be improved by changing the shape of the shell.
