探讨加味黄连温胆汤治疗高血压眩晕效果

Discussion on the Effect of Modified Huanglian Wendan Decoction in the Treatment of Hypertension Vertigo

目的探讨加味黄连温胆汤治疗高血压眩晕临床应用效果。方法对照组给予临床常规治疗,研究组在常规治疗基础上加用中医加味黄连温胆汤,记录两组高血压眩晕患者临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果研究组临床总有效率(86.67%)显著优于对照组(66.67%)(P<0.05);两组高血压眩晕患者治疗过程中药物相关不良反应发生情况对比结果并无显著差异(P>0.05),分别为11.11%、8.89%。结论对高血压眩晕患者给予常规治疗基础上加用加味黄连温胆汤可显著提高其临床疗效,有利于保障患者预后及生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating hypertensive vertigo. Methods The control group was given routine clinical treatment,and the study group was given modified Huanglian Wendan decoction on the basis of the conventional treatment. The clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of drug-related adverse reactions between the two groups（11. 11% vs. 8. 89%）（P〈0. 05）. The total effective rate of the study group（86. 67%） was significantly better than that of the control group（66. 67%）. Conclusion On the basis of routine treatment,the modified Huanglian Wendan decoction in treating hypertensive vertigo can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,and help to protect the prognosis and quality of life of patients.
