补肾疏肝法治疗男性更年期综合征肾虚肝郁证疗效观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Nourishing Kidney and Dispersing Stagnated Liver Qi Method in the Treatment of Male Climacteric Syndrome with Kidney Deficiency and Stagnation of Liver Qi

目的观察补肾疏肝法治疗男性更年期综合征肾虚肝郁证的临床疗效。方法 86例男性更年期综合征肾虚肝郁证患者按就诊顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各43例,观察组以补肾疏肝法治疗,予六味地黄汤合逍遥汤加减,每日1剂内服;对照组口服十一酸睾酮胶囊80mg/次,2次/日,1月后减为40mg/次,2次/日,舍曲林25 mg/次,2次/日。两组均以3个月为一个疗程。观察临床治疗效果及治疗前后PADAM评分变化情况。结果观察组总有效率为90.70%,对照组总有效率为76.74%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组PADAM各症状评分均降低(P<0.01),且观察组在PADAM各症状评分变化上优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论补肾疏肝法能够有效治疗肾虚肝郁型男性更年期综合征。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of nourishing kidney and dispersing stagnated liver qi method in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome with kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver qi. Methods 86 cases of male climacteric syndrome with kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver qi patients were randomly divided into two groups. The observation group of 43 cases was treated with nourishing kidney and dispersing stagnated liver qi method,Liuwei Dihuang decoction and Xiaoyao decoction,one dose each day. The control group of 43 cases was treated with testosterone undecanoate and Sertraline 80 mg each time,two times each day,one month later,40 mg each time,two times each day,sertraline 25 mg each time and two times each day. 3 months was one therapeutic course. The clinical effect and change of PADAM score were recorded and observed. Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was90. 70% which was better than 76. 74% of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Changes of each symptom PADAM score of the observation group were better than those of the control group（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The nourishing kidney and dispersing stagnated liver qi method in the treatment of male climacteric syndrome with kidney deficiency and stagnation of liver qi is effective.
