浅谈绿色治疗婴幼儿湿疹

Brief Discussion on Green Therapy in the Treatment of Infantile Eczema

目的观察中药内服外用兼针灸治疗婴幼儿湿疹的疗效。方法将82例婴幼儿湿疹患儿分为观察组和对照组,观察组43例,对照组39例,观察组采用内服加减消风导赤汤,外用肤乐霜,加针灸治疗;对照组采用西医抗组胺类药、抗生素、皮质类固醇激素等全身治疗和局部治疗。结果观察组有效率为97.7%,治愈率为72.1%;对照组有效率为79.5%,治愈率为59.0%。结论中药内服外用兼针灸治疗婴幼儿湿疹疗效显著,明显优于单纯西医治疗。中医治疗婴幼儿湿疹具有安全可靠、毒副作用小、疗效持久、复发率低的特点。

Objective To observe the curative effect of internal and external Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods 82 cases of infants with eczema were divided into observation group of 43 cases and control group of 39 cases. The observation group used internal modified Xiaofeng Daochi decoction,topical skin creams and acupuncture treatment. The control group used Western medicine antihistamine drugs,antibiotics,cortex all over the body such as the steroid hormone therapy and local treatment. Results In the observation group,the effective rate was 97. 7%,and the cure rate was 72. 1%. In the control group,the effective rate was 79. 5%,and the cure rate was 59. 0%. Conclusion The internal and external Chinese medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of infantile eczema has significantly curative effect which is obviously superior to pure Western medicine treatment. Traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of infantile eczema is safe and reliable,has small side effects,durable curative effect and low recurrence rate.
