中西医结合长疗程治疗强直性脊柱炎临床分析

Clinical Analysis on Therapy of Integrated Medicine Long Course in the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis

目的探讨在强直性脊柱炎临床治疗中运用中西医结合方法的临床效果。方法选取我院2013—2016年收治的90例强直性脊柱炎患者作为本次研究对象,按照治疗方式不同将所选病例分为采取中西医结合治疗的观察组与单纯运用西医治疗的对照组,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组本次治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者ESR、CRP均有不同程度地降低,但观察组上述两项指标降低的程度显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在强直性脊柱炎临床治疗中采取中西医结合治疗临床效果显著,明显降低患者ESR、CRP指标,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis. Methods90 cases of ankylosing spondylitis patients in our hospital from 2013 to 2016 were selected as study objects,according to the different treatment modalities,and they were divided into observation group used therapy of integrated medicine and control group used Western medicine. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. After treatment,ESR and CRP were reduced to varying degrees,but the above two indicators of the observation group decreased significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The therapy of integrated medicine in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis has significantly clinical effect,significantly decreased ESR and CRP indicators,and is worthy of clinical application in the clinical treatment.
