加味参苓白术散治疗脾肾气虚兼瘀型早期糖尿病肾病的疗效评价

Evaluation on the Curative Effect of Modified Shenling Baizhu Powder in the Treatment of Early Diabetic Nephropathy of Spleen Kidney Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type

目的探讨评估加味参苓白术散治疗脾肾气虚兼瘀型早期糖尿病肾病患者的临床疗效。方法随机选择2 0 1 3年5月—2 0 1 6年5月期间在本院接受治疗的1 2 2例脾肾气虚兼瘀型早期糖尿病肾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字抽取表法将所有患者分为两组,分别为观察组和对照组,对照组患者采用金水宝胶囊口服治疗,观察组患者采用加味参苓白术散颗粒治疗。对两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、中医证候积分及相关指标变化进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为86.89%,对照组患者治疗总有效率为68.85%,观察组临床疗效显著高于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗1个月后和治疗3个月后,观察组中医证候积分均显著低于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组24h尿微量白蛋白显著低于对照组,数据比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脾肾气虚兼瘀型早期糖尿病肾病患者采用加味参苓白术散颗粒治疗效果显著,起到改善患者临床症状的作用,具有重要的临床价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modified Shenling Baishu powder in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Methods 122 cases of patients with early diabetic nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type from May 2013 to May 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table extraction method,all patients were divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with Jinshuibao capsules. The observation group was treated by modified Shenling Baizhu powder granule. The clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment,TCM syndrome score and related indicators were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 86. 89%,the total effective rate of the control group was 68. 85%,the clinical curative effect of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. After 1 month of treatment and 3 months after treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. The 24 h urine albumin of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and there was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The modified Shenling Baizhu powder in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of spleen kidney qi deficiency and blood stasis type had significantly therapeutic effect,can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,and has important clinical value.
