清热消痈汤对小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的治疗效果观察

Observation on the Therapeutic Effect of Qingre Xiaoyong Decoction on Children with Acute Suppurative Tonsillitis

目的探究清热消痈汤对小儿急性化脓性扁桃体炎的治疗效果。方法将我院2013年1月—2015年1月门诊的80例急性化脓性扁桃体炎患儿,按照随机数字法分成观察组和对照组各40例。对照组患者给予西医药物治疗,观察组在对照组西医治疗的基础上采用清热消痈汤治疗,对比两组治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.00%,对照组的治疗总有效率为85.00%,组间比较差异显著(P<0.05)。两组临床症状、阳性体征消失时间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性小儿化脓性扁桃体炎通过清热消痈汤治疗,疗效安全、确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Qingre Xiaoyong decoction on pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis. Methods 80 cases of patients with acute suppurative tonsillitis in children in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2015 were divided into observation group and control groupaccording to the random number,with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Western medicine.The observation group used Qingre Xiaoyong decoction on the basis of the control group. The clinical curative effect between the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95%,the total effective rate of the control group was 85%,and the difference between the groups was significant P〈 0. 05. The clinical symptoms and positive signs disappeared time of the two groups was compared,and the difference was statistically significant P〈 0. 05. Conclusion Qingre Xiaoyong decoction in the treatment of pediatric acute suppurative tonsillitis is safe and effective,and it is worthy of further clinical promotion.
