中药托疮生肌剂对绿激光前列腺汽化术后排尿功能恢复的治疗作用

Therapeutic Effect of Chinese Herbal Medicine Tuochuang Shengji Agent on Urinary Function Recovery after Green Laser Vaporization Prostatectomy

目的探究中药托疮生肌剂对绿激光前列腺汽化术后排尿功能恢复的治疗作用。方法选取2014年12月—2015年12月在我院接受治疗的60例绿激光前列腺汽化术术后排尿功能障碍的患者为研究对象,将患者分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组进行一般卫生清洁,必要时作一些消炎处理,研究组采用中药托疮生肌剂进行治疗,对比两组患者排尿功能恢复情况。结果对照组患者在手术2周后、4周后、6周后膀胱余尿量分别为(33.21±9.42)ml、(26.84±8.32)ml和(23.45±7.56)ml,最大尿流率分别为(15.48±3.54)ml/s、(18.47±4.75)ml/s和(22.15±6.24)ml/s;研究组患者在手术2周后、4周后、6周后膀胱余尿量分别为(26.31±8.13)ml、(22.43±6.28)ml和(22.17±6.21)ml,最大尿流率分别为(18.33±5.64)ml/s、(21.20±6.25)ml/s和(23.46±6.88)ml/s。与对照组相比,研究组患者在2周后、4周后、6周后膀胱余尿量明显较小,最大尿流率明显较大,数据差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药托疮生肌剂对绿激光前列腺汽化术后排尿功能恢复具有较好的治疗作用,值得推广使用。

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese herbal medicine Tuochuang Shengji agent on urinary function recovery after green laser vaporization prostatectomy. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital,60 cases of patients with urinary dysfunction after green laser vaporization of prostate were studied. The patients were divided into control group and study group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given a general cleaning and some anti-inflammatory treatment when necessary. The study group used Tuochuang Shengji agent. The urination function recovery between the two groups was compared. Results The patients in the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and6 weeks after treatment,the bladder residual urine amount was（ 33. 21 ± 9. 42） ml,（ 26. 84 ± 8. 32） ml and（ 23. 45 ± 7. 56） ml,respectively,the maximum urinary flow rate was（ 15. 48 ± 3. 54） ml/s,（ 18. 47 ± 4. 75） ml/s and（ 22. 15 ± 6. 24） ml/s,respectively. The patients in the study group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment,the bladder residual urine amount was（ 26. 31 ± 8. 13） ml,（ 22. 43 ± 6. 28） ml and（ 22. 17± 6. 21） ml,respectively,the maximum urinary flow rate was（ 18. 33 ± 5. 64） ml/s,（ 21. 20 ± 6. 25） ml/s and（ 23. 46 ± 6. 88） ml/s,respectively.Comparing with the control group,the bladder residual urine volume of the study group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment was significantly smaller,the maximum urinary flow rate of the study group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 6 weeks after treatment was significantly larger,and there was statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Chinese herbal medicine Tuochuang Shengji agent on urinary function recovery after green laser prostatectomy has good therapeutic effect,and is worthy to be popularized.
