摘要 第三方调查是指独立于两个利益主体之外的客体,以公正、权威的非当事人身份,根据有关法律、行业标准或合同所进行的调查活动。第三方患者满意度调查是医院委托非上级单位、非本院的专业市场调研机构完成本院患者对医生各项工作的满意度评价。该调研模式站在公正、公平、客观、事实的角度,有助于患者充分表达内心真实的想法。将第三方患者满意度调研纳入医生绩效考核,不仅可以完善医院管理制度,更能充分调动医务人员工作的积极性和主动性,进而促进医院服务质量的提升、医疗水平的提高和医患关系的改善。 The third-party investigation refers to the object of independent of the interests of the two main body,and as a justice,authority of the parties,in accordance with the relevant laws,industry standards or the investigation conducted in the contract. Third party patient satisfaction survey is the hospital commissioned the non superior units,non hospital professional market research institutions to complete the patient's satisfaction with the work of doctors. From the perspective of just,fair and objective and facts,the research mode expressed the inner real ideas help patients. The third-party doctor patient satisfaction investigation into the performance appraisal can not only improve the system of hospital management,can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the medical staff work,thus can promote hospital service quality promotion,the improvement of medical treatment and the improvement of the doctor-patient relationship.
