疡必愈止痛片中木香挥发油的提取及包合工艺优化 被引量:2

The Extraction and β-Cyclodextrin Inclusion Process Optimization of Essential Oil from Radix Aucklandiae in Yangbiyu-Zhitong Tablets

摘要 目的优选疡必愈止痛片中木香挥发油的提取工艺及β-环糊精(β-CD)包合物的制备工艺。方法以木香提油量为指标,用正交设计方法优选出木香挥发油的提取工艺;以挥发油包合率、包合物收得率、油转移率为指标,比较饱和水溶液法与研磨法;采用Box-Behnken设计-响应面法对研磨法包合工艺条件进行优化。结果木香挥发油的最佳提取工艺为粉碎过60目筛,加4倍量水,提取6 h;研磨法优于饱和水溶液法,最佳包合工艺条件为β-CD(g)与挥发油(1 mL)投料比为10∶1,加水量3.6倍,研磨时间1 h。结论优选的提取和包合工艺操作方便、合理稳定,具有可行性。 Obiective To optimize the extraction process and β-cyclodextrin inclusion process of essential oil from of Radix Aucklandiae in Yangbiyu-Zhitong Tablets. Methods The Radix Aucklandiae oil extraction quantity as an index, the extraction process was optimized by using orthogonal design method. The saturated water solution method and grinding method were compared with volatile oil inclusion rate, the yield of inclusion and oil transfer rate as indexes. The inclusion process conditions of grinding method were optimized by Box-Behnken design-response surface method. Results The best extraction technology of Radix Aucklandiae is screened through mesh size of 60, with 4 times of water, extracting for 6 h. The grinding method is better than that of saturated water solution method, the best closure process conditions is β-CD (g) and the essential oil weight ratio of 10:1, 3.6 times of water, grinding time 1 h. Conclusion The optimized extraction and in-clusion process is easy to operate, stable and feasible.
