摘要
为提高生产效率,针对对当前船厂托盘管理的现状,分析船厂面向智能管控的内外场托盘的设计需求,提出管舾双托盘的设计思路,以tribon平台为依托,采用相应的数据交互方法,实现内外场托盘的焊接物量提取,提出外场托盘子托盘的划分思路,并通过二次开发在tribon中实现自动进行管舾装件装配。
In order to improve production efficiency, in regard to the current situation of shipyards,pallets management, the design requirements of manufacturing and installation pallets with face to intelligent management in shipyards were analyzed, and a design idea of double pallets was proposed. Based on tribon platform, the cross-data method was employed to realize welding material quantity extraction. The division idea of sub-pallets for installation pallets was put forward for automatic assembly of pipes and outfitting in tribon with the help of secondary development.
