摘要
国际海事组织(IMO)目标型标准GBS要求(MSC81)船上应配备船舶建造档案,2010年第87届海安会出台了船舶建造档案行业标准(SCF IS)和船舶建造档案岸上补充的指南。针对船舶建造档案系统的建立,对船舶建造档案信息系统的系统架构设计和功能模块进行介绍,开发符合我国国情与实用有效的船舶建造档案信息系统,为我国船舶业与航运业提供第三方机构的服务支持。
At IMO MSC81 that the ship construction file （SCF） would be part of GBS as a means to ensure supply. At IMO MSC87, the SCF industry standard and SCF supplement ashore were approved by IMO. With the aim to provide services and sup-ports to our shipbuilding and shipping industry, as the third-party an SCF information system software was developed based on our current national conditions, the general framework design and functional modules of the aforementioned software was described re-garding the establishment of the SCF system.
