摘要 为解决没有船坞或船台情况下自升式平台利用半潜驳下水费用高、易受大风浪涌影响的难题,利用组合浮箱式下水装备将港池垫高至与码头面平齐,通过滑移工艺将自升式平台牵引至下水装备上,利用桩腿的升降功能,使桩腿与下水装备脱离,分别拆除各桩腿下部的浮箱,完成站桩,依次拆除下水装备其余浮箱,自升式平台下降达漂浮状态,收桩,完成自升式平台的下水。工程实践证明,该新型装备满足设计和使用要求,成本低、控制方便。 New technical equipment for the launching of jack-up platform was developed in order to tackle the difficulties of high cost of platform launching through semi-submersible barge and the effect of strong wind and surge under the condition without dock or slipway. By this method, the dock basin is blocked up to flush with the wharf horizon by taking advantage of the com-bined-buoyancy tank, the platform slides onto the tank through sliding process. The platform legs are disassembled from the e-quipment and followed that the buoyancy tanks beneath the legs will also be disassembled so as to the legs can stand by them-selves. At last, other buoyancy tanks will be disassembled and the jack-up platform falls into floating state with the legs positio-ning themselves and the launching of the jack-up platform is finally achieved. It was proven by engineering practice that the new technical equipment meets all the design and use requirements.
