Selection and inspect of explosion proof measures on new building of large oil tanker

以闭杯闪点小于等于60℃新造油船为例,介绍油船危险区域或处所的划分、电气防爆设备的种类及特性,考虑SOLAS公约、钢质海船入级规范和IEC等相关标准要求,结合油船现场电气检验,总结新造油船防爆检验要点。

Taking a new tanker whose closed cup flash point is not greater than 60 as an example, the division of thetanker dangerous area or space, kinds of electric explosion-proof equipment and characteristic were introduced. According to the requirements of SOLAS convention, steel ship classification rules and the IEC standard, combining with electric inspection of tanker, the key points in inspection of explosion protection for new-built tanker were summarized.
