金刚石绳锯机切割拆除工艺在沈铁高速公路改扩建项目中的应用

Application of Cutting Demolition Technology of Diamond Wire Saw in Reconstruction and Extension Project for Shenyang-Tieling Expressway

针对沈阳(王家沟)至铁岭(杏山)高速公路改扩建工程中跨越省道、铁路的桥梁,对比分析人工拆除、机械拆除、金刚石绳锯机切割拆除等拆除工艺,结合工程实际情况,最终采用金刚石绳锯机切割拆除工艺对旧桥进行拆除。制定详细的梁板拆除方案,并分析金刚石绳锯机切割拆除工艺的优点,实践表明,金刚石绳锯机切割拆除工艺具有良好的经济效益和安全效益,具有广泛的应用前景。

The demolition technology like cutting demolition is performed for bridges over provincial roads and railways in the reconstruction and extension project for Shenyang （Wangjiagou） - Tieling （Xingshan） expressway by analyzing artificial demolition, mechanical demolition, diamond wire saw and so on. In combination with engineering practice, the cutting demolition technology of diamond wire saw is finally adopted to dismantle the old bridge, the detailed beam and slab demolition scheme is made, and the merits of the cutting demolition technology of diamond wire saw are analyzed. The results show that the cutting demolition technology of diamond wire saw is with good economic benefit and safety benefit and broad application prospect.
