摘要
目前,校园、公园以及生活小区绿化植物覆盖面积大,落叶难以清扫。尤其是雨天后,地面落叶清扫效率低、劳动强度大。文章针对雨天地面落叶难以清扫的现状,基于UG三维软件设计一种微型雨天地面落叶清扫车。基于UG软件运动/动力学仿真表明:该清扫车结构设计合理、运动部件无干涉现象。文章设计的微型雨天地面落叶清扫车结构合理、使用方便、针对性强,具有一定的可行性和实际应用价值。
At present’deciduous leaves are difficult to clean in campus,parks and residential districts because of the large cover area of green plants.Especially after the rain,the efficiency is too low to clean the leaves and the intensity of labor is too big. Aiming at the difficulties in cleaning the deciduous leaves after the rain,this paper designs a miniature road sweeper that works in rainy days based on UG.It is consist of cleaning up device,dehumidification device, transmission and recycling device and so on. Based on UG shows that this sweeper has a reasonable structure whose moving parts don't interfere each other.As introduced in this paper,the sweeper is reasonable in structure,convenient for use and with strong pertinence.To some extent,it has feasibility and practical value.
