在电子政务的开展过程中,一方面提高了政府的工作效率,提高了工作水平,另一方面,也还存在不少的问题亟待解决。所以,文章重点研究了电子政府的法律现状,从法律的层面来分析当前电子政府的问题,并提出了解决的路径和方法,希望可以为今后的电子政务工作带来参考和借鉴。
