新时期企业文化建设应该明确科学合理的思路,而且在企业竞争如此激烈的大背景下,企业构建怎样的文化,关乎企业的发展前途。所以文章主要分析了新时代企业文化建设的必要性,并从企业文化建设的思路和方法出发,研究了企业文化建设的具体做法和措施,希望能够为我国的企业文化建设工作带来参考。

In the new period, the construction of enterprise culture should clear the scientific and rational ideas,but also how the culture of enterprises is related to the development of enterprises in the background of fierce competition. Therefore, the paper mainly analyzes the necessity of the construction of enterprise culture in the new era,and starts from the ideas and methods of corporate culture constmction,and studies the concrete practices and measures of enterprise culture constmction,hoping to bringreference to our country＇s corporate culture construction work.
