摘要
在人力资源外包的过程中,一定会出现各类的风险,由此,必须要明确风险的种类和具体的成因,才能够有针对性地进行应对和控制。文章主要提出了人力资源外包的风险控制方式和一些有效措施,并提出了控制风险过程中应该采用的策略,供今后的相关工作参考和借鉴。
In the process of human resource outsourcing, there must be all kinds of risks. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the types and specific causes of risk before we can deal with and control them in a targeted way.The paper mainly puts forward the risk control mode and some effective measures of human resource outsourcing,and puts forward the strategies that should be adopted in the process of controlling the risk to offer reference for future related work.
