摘要
文章以数控仿真软件为研究对象,以数控教学过程中数控仿真软件应用为研究目标。首先,对数控仿真软件以及其在数控教学中应用的优点进行了简单介绍;其次,着重探究了数控仿真软件的使用技巧,即对数控教学课程进行合理安排,并做好课程衔接;将数控仿真软件融入到零件工艺分析教学过程中,让学生学会刀具的选用和工艺卡的编制;利用仿真软件在数控编程中进行手工编程,并对所编程序进行校验;结合数控仿真软件,科学组织数控实训。
This paper takes the numerical control simulation software as the research object,and uses the numerical control simulation software as the research goal in the numerical control teaching process. Firstly,the advantages of NC simulation software and its application in numerical control teaching are briefly introduced. Secondly,it focuses on the use of NC simulation software, that is,the rational arrangement of numerical control teaching courses and the convergence of courses,integrating software into the process of analysis of parts process,so that students learn the selection of tools and the preparation of the process card;use simulation software in the NC programming manual programming,and verify the program; combine with numerical control software, scientifically organize NC practice.
