摘要
现有传统手动纯机械式汽车制动器间隙调节方法存在许多不足之处,文中提出了一种制动器间隙自动调节技术。以启辰341制动器为例,针对棘轮、拨板结构的鼓式制动器自调机构分析其自调原理、间隙计算和调整方法。这一方法调节过程简单,平稳可靠性高。
Traditional manual mechanical type automobile brake gap adjustment method has many deficiencies. This paper proposes the automatic adjustment technology of a brake. Taking brake of Kai Chen 341 as an example, we analyze self regulating principle, gap calculation and adjustment method of the dial self regulating mechanism in drum brake with ratchet device. The method of adjusting process is simple and stable, and has high reliability.
